2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers only this website. It does not cover the Algomox product platform, the customer support portal or the partner portal, each of which may be governed by separate terms and notices provided to you when you are given access. It also does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
We collect personal information when you choose to submit it through the contact form on this website. That form asks for:
- your first and last name;
- your business email address;
- your phone number, including the country dialling code;
- your company name;
- the reason for your enquiry (for example, a demo request, a sales question, a support question or a partnership enquiry);
- where relevant to your selected reason, your area of interest or partnership type; and
- the content of the message you write to us.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you submit the contact form, your public IP address is looked up through a third-party service (ipify) and submitted together with your enquiry. This is used to give context to the enquiry and to help us guard against abuse of the form.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and the third-party services described in section 6 may also record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, as part of delivering the site to you.
3.3 Information we do not collect
This website does not use cookies, local storage or session storage, and it does not run analytics, advertising or social media tracking scripts. We do not build advertising profiles of visitors and we do not sell personal information. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- respond to your enquiry and route it to the appropriate team;
- arrange demos, conversations or partnership discussions you have asked for;
- provide support where you have asked for support;
- keep a record of our correspondence with you; and
- protect the website and our systems against misuse, fraud and abuse.
We do not use the contact form data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Our basis for processing
Where the law requires us to identify a basis for processing your personal information, we rely on the following:
- Your request and consent — you choose to send us an enquiry, and we use your details to reply to it.
- Our legitimate interests — in responding to business enquiries, running and securing our website, and keeping records of our communications, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here.

6.2 Other disclosures
We may disclose personal information where we are required to do so by law, court order or a competent authority, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected for — that is, to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, to maintain a record of our correspondence, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations that apply. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or put it beyond use.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask us for a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where our use is based on consent.
To make a request, email us at info@algomox.com. We will respond in line with the law that applies to you. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access or disclosure. No website or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and any information you send us is sent at your own risk.
10. International transfers
Algomox operates from India and the United States, and the service providers listed in section 6 may process data outside your country. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it continues to be protected in a manner consistent with this policy and applicable law.
11. Children
This website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
